How it works

TINC partners with Xpedicare, a Florida-based telemedicine company, so our patients have a convenient way to see a licensed provider when they can’t get to their own. Xpedicare’s providers make all diagnosis and treatment decisions independently. TINC’s role is what we do best: reviewing every prescription, preparing it carefully, and counseling you on how to use it. To get started with a virtual visit, click the button above. Next steps:

  1. Complete an online assessment. Answer health questions on Xpedicare’s secure platform. Video visits are available when needed.

  2. A licensed provider reviews it. An independent Xpedicare medical provider reviews your information, may follow up with questions, and decides whether a prescription is right for you.

  3. We prepare your prescription. If one is prescribed, our pharmacist reviews it and prepares it — compounded to your needs when appropriate — for pickup at 2421 Edgewater Dr.

Your assessment is completed on Xpedicare’s secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, and your information is shared only with the providers and pharmacy involved in your care.

Telehealth services are provided by Xpedicare, LLC and its independent licensed providers; TINC does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. A prescription is not guaranteed and is issued only when the provider determines it is appropriate.
