Our Team
Courtney Schmidt, PharmD
Courtney Schmidt, PharmD, is an experienced pharmacist and passionate leader who brings nearly two decades of healthcare expertise to her role as the founder and CEO of TINC.
With a career spanning hospital, pediatric, geriatric, and cardiovascular care, Dr. Schmidt has worked at the intersection of patient safety, quality improvement, and personalized medicine. Her knowledge of sterile and non-sterile compounding and her advanced training in healthcare quality led her to envision a different kind of pharmacy—one rooted in precision, trust, and human connection.
Before founding TINC, Courtney held leadership roles at Orlando Health, where she led quality and patient safety initiatives for major institutions, including the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute and Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital. Prior to that she cared for children as a pharmacist in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital and children and babies at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital. Her diverse background uniquely equips her to understand the complexities of care across all life stages—and to create pharmacy experiences that feel both personal and exceptional.
At TINC, Courtney blends science with service, offering custom-compounded medications in key therapeutic areas like hormone health, dermatology, aesthetics and anti-aging, pediatrics, and veterinary care. She is especially passionate about caring for women at all ages of their lifespan to help women live healthy, fulfilled lives as they age—through perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond. She is committed to rebuilding trust in pharmacy through thoughtful communication, evidence-based practices, and a modern, transparent approach to care.
Dr. Schmidt earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida and holds a national certification in healthcare quality.
Michael Schmidt
Michael Schmidt is an experienced healthcare administrator who brings nearly two decades of business management and healthcare technology development expertise to his role at TINC. Michael was also with Orlando Health for more than 16 years leading marketing, business development clinical innovation and research efforts. His work focused on partnering with physicians and clinical operations to translate complex challenges into patient-centric solutions. He places great emphasis on customer empathy, data-driven insights, and unique approaches to solving complex healthcare challenges in a way that keeps the patient first. Michael has also developed strategic partnerships between healthcare institutions, industry, clinical research organizations, and academic organizations, to advance clinical innovation and research. Michael has an MBA from the University of Florida.
The Heart of Maitland
Much more than a pharmacy, TINC is a wellness destination where patients can access educational health information, receive specialized consultation for their individual health concerns, participate in a community of like-minded women, access experts in various medical disciplines as well as health and wellness specialties, and share resources and recommendations. Making personalized medication is the backbone of a compounding pharmacy, but it’s our community of women supporting women throughout their lifelong health journey that forms the heart and soul of our business.
